
Our refund and returns policy is simple: We don’t.
Why? Because every product is crafted at the time of your order, we don’t have a warehouse you can ship back to.
If there’s an issue with your order (damaged, missing, etc.) please reach out to us immediately and we will make it right.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us (Erica, Fez, or Reggie) an email or a Discord DM and we’ll work with you from there.
